Introduction

Hello. My name is Ross and I have just registered here. I am not actually in towing, yet, but I am very interested. I am an owner/operator car hauler who's looking for a career change. The two professions are somewhat related and I have been interested in towing for several years now. I don't know if I should be on this site as I am not in towing yet but would like to gain some information concerning equipment, methods, experiences and I know of no better way of doing that than to listen to the experts.......the people already on this site. In my present job I transport new vehicles from Edmonton into the Yukon and Northwest Territories (yes I travel on part of the ice road)...everybody seems to ask! Had enough,too cold in winter,too many bugs and beasts in summer. So if nobody objects I'll just hang around this site and read some of your stuff.
