Signature photo and text

Two questions. First how can I make a signature with a picture. Second how come some users have a training and humor on there post. I found humor but not training.

List your certs in the appropriate "certification roll call" rooms, and I have to add them manually, The signatures are done with a photo editing program such as photoshop then hosted on somewhere like photobucket...
or post what you want on a banner here and I will see what I can do for you.

You now have a banner...LOL... NOW list your certs in the rollcall rooms and I will add them, as unless you add them there, I don't know you have them...
