I started in the towing industry as a dispatcher in 1998 in Las Vegas, NV and worked my way up the ranks, I have since held every position known to man in the industry (and some not known lol). My latest venture is Impound Manager(TM), my partner (Greg) and I worked together in 2004 at a local towing company, I was doing all the lien work and Greg was doing everything else (releasing impounds, phones, dispatch etc.). In the two years we worked together we caught ourselves saying "I wish there was a program to automate all of this" quite a bit, so we started writing all of this down and several years later put it together in Impound Manager.
