Hello, everyone I'm William (Bill) Stepherson, I'm from the lower Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. I have been in the towing industry for apx 30 years.

After working in the towing industries, I opened my own Towing company in 2008. I have a 50 tow, a flatbed and a 25 ton wrecker. My son and I are working together, which is a nice thing.

My company name is Rio Towing and Recovery, Family owned and operated.
